April Homes cannot be held responsible for any of the following problems arising from Internet Service Providers, Communication Providers, Search Engine failures (including submission failures, deletions or any other matters arising due to third parties), malicious alteration outside its control. Any incorrect information given by vendors or advertisers on this website, information being inaccurate or unavailable at any time and or any information withheld that may be required in law. All information submitted by advertisers is accepted on the basis of utmost good faith.

April Homes reserves the right to refuse or remove any entries for advertising or other purposes to and from its website without notice or refund.

April Homes will endeavour to correct any mistakes if identified or requested. We will also amend entries, if requested, by advertisers after submission. We will, from time to time, upgrade our website at our discretion.

Vendors are required to notify April Homes when properties are sold. Properties will then be marked as sold and held on site in an archive.

If you are trying to sell your property through another conventional high street estate agent you may still be required to pay any agreed fees. Check any contracts you may have with any previous or current estate agent.

Marketing on the website and erection of for sale board will not take place until April Homes receives full payment of any registration fee and a completed home information pack.
