Sell Your Property

At AprilHomes.co.uk we use modern technology, to sell your property at greatly reduced cost to you.

Our service includes

  • Free property valuation.
  • Producing your energy performance certificate (EPC).
  • Marketing your property.
  • Supplying you with your own For Sale board.
  • Displaying your property details along with photographs of your property for up to 12 months. (All photographs will be taken by our staff).
  • Arranging and displaying professionally produced video of your property.
  • Posting particulars of your property to telephone enquirers at no extra cost.
  • Posting/emailing particulars of your property to potential buyers registered on our database.
  • Passing on all enquiries to you, after vetting. (For privacy and security only aprilhomes contact details are displayed on your property details).
  • Liaising between your own and the buyers solicitors.

    How is aprilhomes promoted?
    aprilhomes.co.uk is registered on all major search engines and advertises in the Yellow pages, on Yell.com, Thomson Local, Touchlocal.com, and, Scoot.co.uk. We also use BT pay per click advertising, and have strategic links with other property portals including Rightmove, Globrix, Homes24, Home.co.uk, jasdip.com, and, Fish4homes. We also advertise property on our Facebook account.

    How much does it cost?

  • 1 - There is an upfront marketing fee starting from as little £500 with the payment split with half paid immediately and half paid when the property is sold.

  • 2 - We can arrange the production of the energy performance certificate (EPC) which you will need to have commissioned prior to the commencement of marketing.

  • 3 - Where houses are unoccupied we offer the alternative of a traditional commission-based fee of 1% on completion of sale or our fixed fee plus £20 per accompanied viewing.

  • 4 - ‘For Sale’ board at a one-off payment of NOW FREE.

  • 5 - Professionaly produced video £350.
