How much does it cost?

1 - There is an upfront marketing fee starting from as little £250 with a completion or 'success' fee starting from as little as £500, paid when the property is sold.

2 - We can arrange the production of the energy performance certificate (EPC) which you will need to have commissioned prior to the commencement of marketing.

3 - We can arrange the production of a floorplan for your property, which is a valuable aid in generating buyer interest.

4 - Where houses are unoccupied we offer the alternative of a traditional commission-based fee of 1% on completion of sale or our fixed fee plus £20 per accompanied viewing.

5 - Free ‘For Sale’ board.

6 - Professionaly produced video £350.
