Who are we? ‘aprilhomes’ is an online estate agency developed with the idea that everyone can sell their home without the high cost of the traditional estate agency commission. We, at ‘aprilhomes’, have a combined experience of 75 years in the financial services and property market, and without the cost of high street branch overheads, can offer you a low cost fixed fee alternative to selling your home. Our founding members hold many qualifications including the NFOPP technical award in estate agency, as well as a BA Hons Degree in Business studies, so you can be assured of a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. We provide a low cost and personal service in the East Anglia region covering Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. An ‘aprilhomes’ representative will visit you personally to value your property, and arrange for photography, and if required, video footage for display on your online property presentation.
